FOR SCHOOL DISTRICTS, LIBRARY COOPERATIVES, AND CONFERENCES
Known as an entertaining and informative speaker, Kathleen frequently
gives talks and workshops at public libraries and colleges, and
at schools to parent groups and teachers. Her main topic is " The Best New Young Adult Books (Grades 6-12)," a workshop in which she introduces the best books of the past year aimed at ages 12-18. Typically she gives an all-day workshop but shorter sessions are also possible. She has been giving this workshop for ten years, with different books every year.
